Taxbliz

Tax-Bliz, a remote-operating accounting firm, required a web solution to enhance client communication and streamline the tax return submission process, making it more efficient for both users and the tax return accountants reviewing the files. Given the company’s entirely digital operation model, it was crucial to simplify the file upload functionality.

I implemented a system where all files are securely stored in Google Drive, automatically creating a new folder for each client—whether returning or new—eliminating the need for manual file transfers outside of Google Drive. This solution allows for secure file management directly within Google Drive.

Additionally, I was tasked with refreshing their branding and logo to give their website a modern, appealing look. The transformation resulted in an immediate uptick in submission rates, with clients requiring significantly less assistance from the Tax-Bliz support team. I also introduced an appointment booking system integrated with payment options, streamlining the booking process and notably increasing the company’s revenue. This frictionless experience not only optimized internal operations but also significantly enhanced client satisfaction and financial performance.

Piecoweb

Pieco Web is an e-commerce platform that recently underwent substantial enhancements. The client aimed to tackle several issues they faced with their previous setup, primarily focused on reducing server and maintenance costs from their Magento Enterprise system, and improving their problematic product filtering and information architecture.

By migrating their entire 30,000 product catalogue from Magento to WordPress, utilizing WooCommerce, and shifting their server to DigitalOcean, I managed to cut their operational costs by an impressive 80%. This transition not only reduced their annual website running expenses from $40,000 to just $3,600—marking a 91% decrease—but also significantly improved site speed and performance. I achieved further enhancements by employing custom code for the front end and Bricks Builder, which minimized the dependence on numerous plugins.

The outcome of this project is a faster, well-optimized website that is not only cheaper to maintain but also offers a seamless search and navigation experience, addressing all the client’s initial concerns.

Papercraft Universe

Papercraft, an e-commerce website specializing in low poly papercraft templates, represents a unique venture into the digital product market. My client sought a distinctive look for their online presence, emphasizing the exclusive sale of digital products. My approach started with developing a comprehensive branding strategy, followed by selecting the optimal platform for their needs. I transitioned the site from Shopify to WordPress, integrating WooCommerce for robust e-commerce functionality. To achieve the desired aesthetic while ensuring the site remains fast and lightweight, I employed Bricks Builder and custom coding. This meticulous process underscores my commitment to delivering a seamless and engaging online shopping experience.

Fase Construction

For this project, my role encompassed developing the branding and logo in alignment with the client’s specifications. Following the establishment of a cohesive brand identity and aesthetic, I proceeded to design and launch the website using WordPress and the Kadence theme, enhanced with custom code to ensure optimal performance. This involved curating content that accurately represents the client’s business offerings and integrating compelling imagery to enhance customer engagement and drive service sales. The result is a lightning-fast site, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
